1. Warranty service period
1. Warranty period-lifetime free working hours warranty:
The products sold by the company provide a free working hours warranty-all customized products, the original production materials have been confirmed by the customer, so all maintenance materials costs are borne by the customer.
-The postage of the warranty product shall be borne by yourself.
2. Identification of warranty products-all OEM/ODM products customized by our company and products of our company’s own brand. The bag products customized by the group must be provided by the original customer or contact the person in charge of the business in the original way.
3. Warranty conditions: When the customer enjoys the warranty service, please present the following certificates (any item):
Warranty card, purchase receipt, original customized unit certificate
2. Warranty Scope This warranty is only applicable to the warranty service for damage caused by manufacturing defects
For any other normal or man-made damage caused by improper handling (handling of special products), improper use of negligence, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, and normal wear and tear, the company provides paid services for materials without working hours Fee service.
3. Warranty Policy
1. Products that require a warranty must provide a clear digital recent photo of the product before the warranty, so as to identify and confirm the plan:
-Repairable, no replacement materials, free repairs-Repairable, replacement parts, materials, provide the material quotation to the customer, after the customer confirms and agrees, the maintenance will be free of labor costs.
-If repair is not possible, the customer must be informed of the relevant reasons to make a choice
2. Products that require warranty must provide a recent digital photo, and then send it out after reaching the confirmation plan to avoid waste of express delivery costs.
3. The warranty time of the product should be negotiated according to the accessories or materials. When the accessories are available, the repair will take 7-15 days from the date of delivery of the repaired product; if the material and accessories need to be ordered, the repaired product will be delivered by itself. Repairs will take 30 days from the date of repair, excluding transportation time.
